Tracy Constant, Western Cape Regional Leader for Releasing Eagles considers herself a game-changer by assisting others to unleash their potential through her passion for people. Her working experience in both public and private sector within the Human Resource field has afforded her the opportunity to obtain skills and knowledge by working with diverse individuals and teams. Tracy is a conscientious individual that strives to be effective, efficient, innovative, assertive and has a tenacious approach to projects and challenges.
