Lornelle is an AGA(SA) registered with SAICA and an Internal Auditor within the Group Internal Audit Division at one of the big four banks in South Africa. She has 7 years’ experience spanning across external audit, internal audit, finance, governance and compliance. She is an aspiring chartered accountant and hopes to realise her dream soon as she completes the final steps of qualifying as a CA.
She is a visionary and passionate about people and social entrepreneurship. She has been a part of the RE family since 2011, when she had Candice as her mentor. She believes that mentorship can change the course of one’s life. Mentorship is about unlocking potential, empowering and enlightening people within your world.
Lornelle is responsible for the finance operations, governance and compliance of RE. She also enjoys traveling and spending time with her family. One quote that describes Lornelle: “You are a diamond, you won’t shatter to pieces”.
