Gail has been a member of the JHB region of Releasing Eagles since its inception and has served as a Coach since joining. In 2019 she became a member of the JHB leadership team, and also took on the position of JHB Coach Coordinator.
Gail holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree and a Diploma in Education from the University of the Witwatersrand (Wits) and an MA in Management Coaching from the University of Stellenbosch. She also holds an Associate and Licentiate Diploma from Trinity College London and is an accredited Coach and Coach Assessor with COMENSA. She is a keynote speaker, conference facilitator and presenter in the contact centre industry and spends her professional time consulting, training, coaching and mentoring across multiple corporates that include the financial, insurance, legal, telecommunication and consumer support industries. The work she does integrates directly into operational activities where she engages with executives, managers, team leaders and frontline staff at ‘the point at which work gets done’. This gives her access to interact with individuals to maximise their potential and to increase their performance and productivity outputs.
Her work focuses on the development and sustainability of a competent, capable and robust workforce which supports the demands of the increasingly complex and uncertain business terrain. She delivers services and support interventions focused around organisational optimisation through people optimisation. This places people enablement at core of her work. She is fortunate to be able to work with seasoned leaders, as well as first-time learners and graduates both before and during their transition into the workforce. Through training, coaching and mentoring she is able to support their journey to maximise their potential as well as their contribution to the world of work. Her life mission is to play a role in creating the future leaders of South Africa – and the vision and values of Releasing Eagles provide one of the key platforms that enable her to work towards achieving this.
