As the Managing Executive of Releasing Eagles Academy, she is responsible for the strategic direction, operational efficiency, and program development of the institution.

With a strong foundation in Agile methodologies, she holds multiple certifications, including SAFe® 5 Scrum Master, Certified ScrumMaster®, and Agile Coaching ICAgile. Pamela’s expertise in project leadership, stakeholder engagement, and compliance ensures the highest quality standards in training and development.

Her background also includes financial market analysis, low-code applications, mentoring and coaching, reflecting her dynamic and innovative leadership style. Prior to her current role, Pamela served as a Scrum Master at S&P Global, where she facilitated Agile transformations, optimized workflows, and led high-performing teams. She also gained valuable experience as a Senior Research Analyst at IHS Markit, where she conducted financial market research and data analysis.

Throughout her career, Pamela has demonstrated a strong commitment to fostering growth, driving innovation, and equipping individuals with the skills needed for success.
