As a strategic business partner I have assisted organisations with HR strategies, leadership development, executive coaching, performance management, talent management, organisational development, learning and development and aligning and integrating policies and procedures to serve their differentiating organisational cultures.

As a social entrepreneur I have founded a Non profit organisation focusing on mentorship and coaching of young people in South Africa with a vision to expand into Africa.
