Our physical intelligence and wellness workshop is aimed at empowering young people to take control of their physical health and fitness. The workshop will focus on developing physical intelligence, which is the ability to understand and manage one’s own body, as well as how to take care of it. We will explore topics such as exercise, nutrition, sleep, and how to maintain a healthy lifestyle.
We will also discuss physical wellness and the importance of taking care of our bodies. This will include learning about the signs of physical health issues and how to access help if needed. Additionally, we will teach techniques for self-care and physical fitness, to help participants build resilience and cope with the demands of daily life.
The workshop will be interactive and provide a safe and supportive environment for participants to share their experiences, ask questions and learn from one another. The goal is to provide the youth with the tools they need to navigate the complexities of life and to build a healthy physical well-being.
