MENTOR – MENTEE TRAINING

To guide mentee to focus on goals and to support:

Starting tertiary education or starting your first job or taking on a completely new challenge for the first time can be a daunting experience. A mentor is there to offer a measure of support to the mentee. Solid careers are built on strong foundations – knowledge, ambition and the support of others. Your mentee will need support from you as the mentor as well as from other sources. It is part of your role as a mentor to establish a broad foundation of support for the mentee in embarking on her new journey.
