Our emotional intelligence and mental wellness workshop is aimed at empowering young people to take control of their emotional and mental well-being. The workshop will focus on developing emotional intelligence, which is the ability to understand and manage one’s own emotions, as well as the emotions of others. We will explore topics such as stress management, self-awareness, empathy, and communication skills.
We will also discuss mental wellness and the importance of taking care of our mental health. This will include learning about the signs of mental health issues and how to access help if needed. Additionally, we will teach techniques for self-care and stress management to help participants build resilience and cope with the demands of daily life.
The workshop will be interactive and provide a safe and supportive environment for participants to share their experiences, ask questions and learn from one another. The goal is to provide the youth with the tools they need to navigate the complexities of life and to build a healthy emotional and mental well-being.
