DONNA-LEE, 22 CAPE TOWN, SA

My name is Donna-Lee. Age 22. I live with both my parents and my younger brother. I’ve pretty much been brought up in a good home – with a God-fearing family. I’ve recently completed my degree in Business Administration, majoring in Entrepreneurial Leadership. 

I love fashion and spend a lot of my free time researching the latest trends etc., but the one thing that brings me the most fulfilment – and is also what I spend most of my free time doing – is serving on the Releasing Eagles team – adding value to the lives of young girls – serving our generation.The mentoring journey has been and is amazing. I never realised how much I could get out of these mentoring relationships. It’s also brought me back down to earth and has made me realise that I don’t have the answers to everything. I, too, being a mentor, need to seek further counsel from those with greater wisdom and understanding. It’s been a very fulfilling journey – seeing growth and maturity and having played a part in that.I look forward to the establishment and growth of the current mentorship relationships that have emerged and I look forward to the new ones that are yet emerge. Here is to paying it forward and serving my generation.
