Meet Duncan Johnson a young gentleman of many talents. His coach, Madge du Preez tells us more.

I stand amazed at the energy and passion displayed by my coachee, Duncan Johnson. Our personalities beautifully complement each other, so it is easy to understand the dynamics of passion, work and setting SMART goals. He often speaks about remaining 21 years old, so this year marks his 3rd year!
This young man is no ordinary person. He is a multi-instrumentalist that hails from Retreat, Cape Town. He specialises in the saxophone and plays bass guitar in a few bands. Duncan has been around half of the world to do research on education and student needs in the classroom. This world changer is extremely passionate about educating the youth in music. I believe that music is food to the soul and that through his ongoing efforts in this discipline, many young people will find their passion too. He is currently working towards opening a music school in Retreat for the underprivileged.
Duncan is also a second-year music student at the University of Cape Town. Besides this and teaching music to young learners at schools in his community, he still finds the time to be a mentor for Releasing Eagles.
